Directly on Grace Bay beach, Avalon rises gracefully like a sandcastle even boasting its own tower and turret. Located at Smiths Reef, walk from sand beach through a stone entrance to the water to enjoy snorkeling on an expansive and well-preserved coral reef. A short walk on the beach (100 meters) to the east provides a swimmer’s paradise with a soft sand entrance to the warm turquoise waters. Beach lounge chairs are available as are two sea kayaks and paddle boards for those looking for a little exercise. Featuring an infinity-edge pool (complete with mini waterfall), a travertine marble pool deck and patio, and a poolside gazebo with BBQ and swim-up wet bar, this villa offers outdoor entertaining at its finest. Hire a local bartender, sit back and enjoy the views while sipping an island beverage. Or fire up the BBQ and grill up your favorite food to enjoy pool side. Avalon boasts spacious accommodations and extraordinary views. The interiors are generous and well furnished. Ocean breeze is often all that is needed, but an air-conditioned family room looks out towards the pool deck and is accessed via stairs from the pool or through the circular turret stairway. Expansive pocket doors open to provide plenty of soft breezes as well as the stunning views. Here guests will enjoy the 50" TV, cable AppleTV and BOSE streaming player connectivity to play music throughout the Villa. A selection of novels are available for the avid reader to enjoy while relaxing, or grab your friends to enjoy a board game. The family room leads to the al fresco dining room with views of the ocean in one direction and the nearby Turtle Cove Marina in the other direction. It is outfitted with a custom-made mosaic topped table with seating for ten guests. The kitchen is expansive and features stone and granite and is extremely well equipped. Dramatic pocket doors slide open permitting you to bring the outside in and access the pool. An impressive villa, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms complete with travertine, granite and marble. Nicely equipped, all of the bedrooms provide Cable TV and spacious walk-in showers as well as twin vanities. Each bedroom is set up for privacy and decorated to the highest standards in a tasteful and eclectic style and each with its own private outside entrance. Of particular note is the master suite which is in its very own pod-like structure next to the pool. The room is both stylish and romantic with its king sized four poster bed. Dramatic louvered doors open to a panoramic 360-degree view of the pool and striking blue ocean beyond. The room features a spacious dressing area and twin vanities as well as a large soaking tub surrounded by large windows overlooking the ocean. A private outdoor cedar shower is a way to savor the outdoors in all of its glory. Nicely equipped, the master room has a large plasma TV with cable as well as streaming.
